Here are the important Rules & Conditions

1. The prize

The competition is to win a brand new boxed white iPad 2 3G 16GB. There is only one prize and one winner in this competition. Partridge Homes may run further exciting promotions in the future and will keep you informed.

2. Closing date

The competition will close at midnight GMT on 31 March 2012.

3. Prize delivery

Subject to rule 4 below, the prize will be delivered to the competition’s winner within 14 days of the winner acknowledging their prize notification email. The prize is non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative in part or in whole.

4. Competition results

The winner will be selected by random draw from all the competition’s entrants. The winner will be notified by email by the 7th April 2012 and the identity of the winner will be posted on the Partridge Homes Twitter, Facebook and youTube accounts along with the Partridge Homes website on that date. If the winner has not responded to their notification email by midnight GMT on 20 April 2012, they will be disqualified and another winner drawn.

5. Only one entry account for each IP address

In order to be fair as well as to prevent fraud, only a single account will be allowed per IP address. Your IP address will be logged when you enter the competition and no further entries will be permitted using that address. However, your single entry account allows you MULTIPLE ENTRIES – each time a friend clicks on the link you have posted on Twitter of Facebook to www.partridge-homes.co.uk you will receive a further competition entry.

6. Provide accurate information

By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full and to have represented their bona fides.

7. Entry is acceptance of these terms and conditions

Be sure that the information you enter on the registration form is accurate. It is important that this information is real in order to avoid any type of fraud.

8. Unforeseen circumstances

The competition’s organisers and sponsors, Partridge Homes, reserves the right to withdraw or amend the rules, terms and conditions of this promotional competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control which threaten the integrity or fairness of the competition. In the event of such unforeseen circumstances, the organisers will use all reasonable endeavours to notify competition entrants and to secure their entry into a subsequent competition.

9. No liability for unreceived entries

No responsibility is accepted for entries which are for any reason whatsoever not received by Partridge Homes.

10. Data

Information supplied to enter this competition will not be supplied to any third parties, but will be retained wholly and exclusively by Partridge Homes for the purposes of informing entrants of future promotions and products offered by Partridge Homes.

11. Territory

This competition is organised by and is the sole responsibility of Partridge Homes which is a company registered in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The competition will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Only resesidents of the UK are eligable to enter the competition.
