The house looks in good condition from the photos and would require minimal work to get it ready for a tenant. I would advise any of my Investors to view this property as it is in a hot-spot for good quality tenants at the moment as it sits in a good position for both the Castle Bromwich & Solihull Jaguar Landrover Plants.
