The business was established in 2006 by Kevin Partridge and his daughter-in-law Charlotte Partridge. Kevin had worked in the Financial Service and Estate Agency Industry for over 25 years. Charlotte had worked for two national estate agents for 10 years and together they felt they could make a difference to the local area.
Both felt that there was a gap in the market for a traditional family business to provide a customer focussed service at a realistic price.
Opening the doors with our first Branch in Yardley in 2006, the business went from strength to strength becoming the areas fast growing Estate and Letting Agents.
In 2015 we opened our second office in Shirley to allow us to expand our local area coverage. This expansion also tied in with our Prestige Rental and Re-location Department, offering a bespoke service to High Net Worth Individuals moving to the area including Professional Sports Players and Senior Staff of some of the areas Largest Corporate Companies.
In June 2021 we sadly lost Kevin Partridge at the age of 64 after a year long battle with Motor Neurone Disease. He was still working within the business two days up until he passed away. He set out to create a legacy that could be in the area for many years to come, offering Home Owners and Landlords a business that really does care..
The Business will continue with the leadership of Charlotte Partridge who is surrounded by a passionate, knowledgeable and dedicated team ensuring that Kevin’s vision continues and the business goes from strength to strength.
