Partridge Homes are thrilled to welcome Kyogo Furuhashi, Japan international and former Celtic superstar, to his new home following his exciting move to Birmingham City FC.
A marquee signing for the Blues and a real statement from the club, Kyogo arrives with a proven track record at the highest levels of football. Loved by fans during his time at Celtic, he scored 54 goals in 108 games, helping the Scottish giants to league and cup triumphs. His relentless work rate, movement, and finishing have also earned him regular call-ups to the Japan national team, where he continues to shine on the international stage.
This relocation was both high-profile and time-sensitive. As soon as the signing was confirmed, Birmingham City’s player liaison team reached out to Partridge Homes with very specific requirements.
With the squad already away at their pre-season training camp in Portugal, we were tasked with preparing a shortlist of luxury properties in Solihull, Knowle, Dorridge, and Little Aston — ready for viewing on the day of his UK arrival.
Thanks to our direct relationships with top landlords and deep understanding of footballer relocation needs, we had suitable homes lined up within hours.
The moment Kyogo landed in the UK, viewings took place. By the time the squad returned from Portugal, Partridge Homes had not only secured his chosen property but also ensured it was fully set up and ready for a smooth Sunday night move-in.
On arrival back in Birmingham, Kyogo was welcomed by Paul Partridge and shown into his new home — with everything ready for him to settle in, recharge, and focus on the season ahead.
From international signings to last-minute transfers, we’re proud to be the go-to letting agents for footballers in Birmingham and Solihull. With deep-rooted relationships across football and property, we remove the stress so players can focus on their performance — not paperwork.
We understand the demands of the game and the pace of the transfer window. That’s why Birmingham City FC and other clubs continue to trust us with football relocation services time and time again.
Welcome to the West Midlands, Kyogo — we can’t wait to see what you bring to St Andrew’s.
