Managing Director
Kevin Partridge
1957 – 2021
Managing Director
Charlotte Partridge//php echo $component['branch'] ? ' - '.get_the_title($component['branch']).'' : ''; ?>
With close to 25 years of experience in the property industry, Charlotte Partridge co-founded Partridge Homes in 2007 alongside her late father-in-law and business partner, Kevin Partridge. Together, they set out to create an estate and letting agency built on family values, personal service, and genuine care for people — a refreshing change from the corporate style that dominated the industry at the time.
Before launching Partridge Homes, Charlotte worked for two major corporate agencies, where she gained valuable insight into how larger firms operated and, more importantly, where they often fell short. She realised there was a better way to do things — one that prioritised people, communication, and community over volume and targets. That belief became the foundation of Partridge Homes’ success.
Following Kevin’s sudden passing in 2021, Charlotte has continued to lead the business with strength, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to his legacy. Under her direction, Partridge Homes has grown into one of the most trusted and award-winning estate and letting agencies in Birmingham and Solihull, known for its professionalism, innovation, and outstanding customer care.
In 2025, Charlotte’s achievements were recognised nationally when she was named a finalist for “Woman in Property of the Year” at the prestigious National LIS Awards, sponsored by Barclays Bank. This honour celebrates her leadership, resilience, and passion for creating opportunities — particularly through apprenticeships and training the next generation within the business.
Charlotte’s guiding principle — “Be kind, work hard, and treat others as you’d want to be treated yourself” — is at the heart of Partridge Homes’ culture. She continues to ensure the company gives back to the community through local initiatives and charity support, while maintaining the family values that make the brand so special.
Outside the office, Charlotte treasures time with her partner Paul and their three children, Alfie, Charlie, and Florence, who inspire her every day to keep building a legacy rooted in family, hard work, and kindness.
