The refurbishment will modernise our office layout, update facilities, and improve the overall working atmosphere. Here’s a sneak peek at what you can expect during the refurbishment:

  1. Modernised Workspaces: The open-plan layout will be redesigned to offer a more dynamic and flexible working environment, allowing for both collaborative and focused individual work.
  2. Upgraded Facilities: A new meeting room and breakout area will be introduced to make sure both our team and visitors enjoy their time at the office. Expect sleek and bespoke made furniture and cutting-edge technology to facilitate seamless communication.
  3. Enhanced Sustainability: We’re committed to sustainability, and the refurbishment includes energy-efficient lighting, eco-friendly materials, and improved waste management systems.
  4. Fresh Aesthetic: We’re excited to refresh the office design with a modern, professional look that reflects our brand values. Expect contemporary furnishings and lighting and thoughtful details that enhance the work experience.
  5. Showcasing Our Properties: As part of the refurbishment, we will be installing two state-of-the-art 55-inch TV screens in the windows of our office. These screens will showcase the properties of our valued vendors and landlords, giving them prime visibility in the local area. This new feature will not only add a modern touch to our office, but also offer a dynamic platform to highlight properties in a creative and engaging way.

While we’re excited about the upgrades, we want to assure you that our commitment to delivering excellent service remains unchanged.
